There are several reason for this.to begin with,college student aim and expectation is too high.they all want a good job ,because good job bring good salary,comfortable working conditions and high social status and another reason is that there is a big gap between the majors some students study in school and the demands of the vacant jobs,so some company think some students are not fit for job their supplied.

In order to solve this problem,both the students and the society should take take effort.
The company should leading and helping students to know themselves,college students also should be down-to-earth in building up their career,Further more,they should do their best effort to improve their capability.
